8. We distribute rents to you on the 10th of each month. We offer an online service where you can check on your account 7-days a week, 24-hours a day.
9. Should the tenant not pay, we begin an aggressive eviction process. Usually, most rents are received after the first step, a 3-day notice served on the 10th of each month.
